Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role focuses on payment processing solutions with activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Remote work is possible, with regional field responsibilities and flexible scheduling. You will educate business owners, close deals, and build a portfolio while benefiting from ongoing training and a corporate support network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
