Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and flexible scheduling.

You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions with long-term residuals. Remote work is allowed with eligible rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and act as a good human.

Responsibilities
