Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks an Executive Director Payments Sales Manager to lead coverage of asset managers and deliver JPMorgan's payments and blockchain-enabled capabilities, including Kinexys.

You will build a strong pipeline, partner with product and banking coverage, and collaborate across service, operations, risk, and legal to optimize delivery and client value. The role requires deep market insight, strategic client dialogues, and cross-sell opportunities across cash

Qualifications

Strong track record selling cash management products and related solutions.
Ability to identify and close new business and cross-sell opportunities.
Experience building and managing a sales pipeline across complex client orgs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with ability to partner with product and coverage teams.

Responsibilities

Develop new business from clients within our Asset Managers segment.
Understand clients' goals and industry trends to determine requirements and opportunities for JPMorgan Payments.
Manage client visits and promote sales through meetings covering new products, market and industry developments.
Develop and enhance in-depth client knowledge and share with coverage teams for risk management.
Work with the coverage team to expand existing business and generate cross-sell opportunities.
Engage JPMorgan Payments Solutions, bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, quantification and solution positioning.
