Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Payments Sales Manager within the Financial Institutions Group (Asset Managers & Broker Dealers) to grow revenue from existing and new clients by developing a robust pipeline and delivering sophisticated treasury/payments solutions.

You will drive the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with global teams, and ensure top-tier client service while managing implementation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling cash and liquidity management products.
• Proactive with strong initiative and good team player with ability to take ownership and achieve sales goals.
• Strong knowledge in cash, foreign exchange, liquidity and information management products.
• Familiarity with innovative treasury/payments products and understanding of credit/risk and compliance in digital assets.
• Demonstrated ability to work across internal teams and external clients globally.
• Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, position and close new business, and assist in design, sale and delivery of value-added services.
• Competence in prospecting and contacting key decision makers.
• Strong account planning and execution skills.
• Understanding of broker dealers, market makers, exchanges/clearinghouse, their needs and solutions.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance environment with AML/KYC risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the Payments product suite including treasury services.
• Execute payments sales strategy to achieve new business objectives and expand revenue.
• Collaborate with product, coverage, and partners to offer sophisticated treasury/payments solutions.
• Maintain awareness of client revenue, balance levels and credit exposure; ensure KYC compliance.
• Analyze clients to identify strategic opportunities and tailor JPMorgan's solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, RFPs, and client events; finalize documentation.
• Lead selling strategy with product and coverage to build a robust deal pipeline.
• Understand client markets, structures, and objectives to position JPM solutions.
• Engage senior client contacts with integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Manage end-to-end sales process and implementation of client solutions.
• Coordinate client events to promote JPMorgan Chase’s franchise.
