Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Payments Sales Associate within the Financial Institutions Group – NA Banks segment.

You will support Payments Sales Managers, help grow relationships, and generate new sales from a diverse client base across cash management, FX, and international payments. You will collaborate with client service, compliance, operations, risk, credit and legal to deliver solutions, manage a portfolio, and engage clients proactively, while aligning with internal partners to meet

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cash management, transaction banking, or payments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex problems.
• Fosters innovation and solves problems creatively.
• Strong time management and prioritization with keen follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Understand macro environment, industry trends, client goals to identify opportunities for JPM Payments across cash management, FX, International payments, liquidity.
• Develop account plans, briefing memos and support relationship reviews with the client service organization; understand client accounts and product usage.
• Build strong relationships within Treasury, Product and Operations; anticipate client needs and engage JPM Payments partners for comprehensive solutions.
• Coordinate KYC and onboarding documentation, internal credit processes, and onboarding with implementation partners; manage expectations.
• Review and analyze transactional data to identify trends, pricing inefficiencies and provide go-forward recommendations.
• Think creatively to advance team initiatives and coordinate industry thought leadership/events.
