Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Payments Governance and Oversight (EPGO) to shape the future of payments governance across the enterprise. You will design data-driven risk reporting, deploy GenAI to automate monitoring, and deliver real-time dashboards for executive leadership.

You will bridge strategy with the 1st and 2nd line of defense, lead cross-functional reporting, and advise executives on enterprise risk initiatives, impacting risk management and operational modernization.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of risk management.
At least 2 years of storytelling and presenting technical ideations across multiple stakeholder groups.
At least 3 years of relationship management experience.
At least 2 years experience in data management or reporting.
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
At least 2 years of experience using Generative AI tools.
At least 4 years experience in the banking or financial industry.

Responsibilities

Design data-driven risk reporting frameworks for executive insights.
Identify and deploy GenAI and tooling to automate risk monitoring.
Build dynamic, real-time dashboards with analytics teams.
Bridge data strategy with 1st and 2nd Line of Defense for ERM alignment.
Lead cross-functional reporting and advise executive leadership on risk initiatives.
