Capital One seeks a Manager of Payment Risk Transformation for a hybrid role in the Richmond area. You will design data-driven risk dashboards, advance automation with Generative AI, and partner with executive leadership to align governance with the ERM framework.

You will translate dense risk metrics into clear executive insights, manage cross-functional reporting, and influence governance strategy across enterprise payments rails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in risk management.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills across stakeholders.
• 3+ years of relationship management experience.
• 2+ years of data management or reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design data-driven risk reporting frameworks for executive insights.
• Identify and deploy GenAI and automation to modernize risk monitoring.
• Build real-time dashboards for proactive trend analysis and risk ID.
• Bridge data strategy with 1st and 2nd Line of Defense to align with ERM.
