Job summary

Capital One National Association is seeking a Manager, Payment Risk Transformation in a hybrid role located in Virginia. You will design data-driven risk reporting, deploy Generative AI and automation to streamline monitoring, and deliver real-time dashboards for proactive risk management.

You will partner with Executives and cross-functional teams to align data strategies with the Enterprise Risk Management framework, influencing governance and risk outcomes across the payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling and stakeholder management across multiple groups.
• Experience with data reporting and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design data-driven risk reporting frameworks for executive insight.
• Identify and deploy GenAI and automation to modernize risk monitoring.
• Build real-time dashboards for trend analysis and risk detection.
• Bridge data strategy with 1st/2nd Line of Defense within ERM.
• Lead cross-functional reporting and enable enterprise risk initiatives.
