Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; finance/accounting education a plus.
• 2-3 years professional experience in accounting, audit, or financial services.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and payment systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Research a high volume of payments including credit card, ACH, wire transfers and other methods.
• Respond to questions or disputes to ensure proper allocation of funds.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in payment procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Verify and reconcile payment information, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain payment records and assist with period-end closing procedures and reports.
