Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Member Payments Analyst to support accurate processing of member payment activity, including reimbursements, recoupments, check voids, reissues, and daily balancing. The analyst will develop, maintain, and analyze reports tracking payment trends and performance metrics, while ensuring audit trails and timely resolution across multiple internal partners.

In collaboration with the MIS team, the role focuses on system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting operations role.
• Excel skills include ability to manage and present large volumes of data, create complex formulas, report formatting, pivots, and data manipulation.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems; experience with transaction research, payment application, check review, voids, reissues, or account reconciliation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Compass, or other case/task management tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, reconcile, document, and resolve payment-related work tied to member reimbursements, recoupments, check voids, reissues, daily balancing, Salesforce cases, and Compass tasks.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports providing visibility into payment activity, trends, reconciliation results and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Finance, Member Services and Product teams to support cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Support MIS system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and process improvements to improve member payment experience.
