Qualifications

• Associates Degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting operations, customer service, hospitality, or claims resolution.
• Experience in travel/hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee refund transactions in the reservation system for passengers.
• Process domestic and international commission payments to travel agents.
• Process weekly credit card and client check payments.
• Research and resolve credit card issues on processors and merchants.
• Analyze booking history to identify errors and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with external payment processors and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Provide timely information to internal customers via department inboxes.
• Support voyage termination and month-end ledger processes with accounting.
• Assist IT in testing applications and identifying system solutions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
