Job summary

Quadcode is a fintech company seeking a billing and payments expert to own customer fund movements from deposit to withdrawal. You will optimize the deposit funnel, tailor country-specific payment methods, and partner with billing managers and development teams to implement seamless payment integrations.

You will also monitor withdrawal times, track metrics, run experiments, and help define quarterly roadmaps to drive product impact and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in billing and payments, including provider integrations.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML, payment cascading, and routing.
• Hands-on SQL, cohorts, and A/B testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own everything related to customer fund movements, from deposit to withdrawal.
• Collaborate with billing managers and development teams on payment integrations.
• Optimize the deposit funnel and implement country-specific payment methods.
• Manage withdrawal times, status updates, and minimize support inquiries.
• Track metrics, run experiments, and define quarterly roadmaps.
