Job summary

Quadcode ищет продукт-менеджера, отвечающего за движение средств клиентов: от отправки до поступления в банк. Вы будете тесно взаимодействовать с billing и development командами, внедрять новые платежные методы и биллинговые функции, настраивая показатели и дорожную карту квартала.

Требуется 3+ года опыта в платежах/финансах, знание KYC/AML, владение SQL и опытом работы с AI-инструментами. Удобный удалённый формат, гибкие часы и возможность влияния на продукт.

Qualifications

• 3+ лет опыта в платежах и биллинге, включая интеграцию платежных провайдеров и методов оплаты.
• Понимание механики депозитов/выводов, статусов транзакций, платежного каскадирования и маршрутизации.
• Опыт работы в секторах с высоким риском (форекс и т.п.), регуляторные требования KYC/AML в разных юрисдикциях.
• Умение работать с метриками: approval rates, конверсии депозитов, успешность выводов; навыки SQL.
• Работа с инструментами ИИ в повседневной работе.
• Русский носитель, английский не ниже B2+.

Responsibilities

• Управление депозитным конвейером: сокращение шагов, внедрение локальных платежей, повышение успешности депозитов.
• Выводы: управление временем обработки, прозрачные статусы, минимизация запросов "Где мои деньги?".
• Платёжные провайдеры: добавление и замена провайдеров, маршрутизация и каскадирование, интеграция локальных методов оплаты для новых рынков.
• Работа с данными и требования: отслеживание метрик, проведение экспериментов, формирование пользовательских историй и квартальных дорожных карт.

Job description

Описание: We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for everything to do with the movement of customers’ funds: from the moment funds leave or arrive at our end, right through to their arrival in the customer’s bank account. The Product Manager works directly with the billing managers and the development team, which is responsible for integrating new payment methods and billing features.

• Deposit funnel: reducing the number of steps, implementing country-specific payment methods, and increasing the success rate of transactions
• Withdrawals: managing processing times, ensuring transparent status updates, and minimizing "where is my money?" inquiries
• Payment providers: onboarding and replacing providers, managing routing and cascading, and integrating local payment methods for new markets
• Data and requirements: tracking domain-specific metrics, conducting experiments with control groups, defining user stories, and developing quarterly roadmaps

Требования:

• 3+ years experience working with billing and payments, including the integration of payment providers and various payment methods
• Understanding of deposit and withdrawal mechanics, transaction statuses, payment cascading, and routing
• Experience in high-risk sectors — for example, billing for Forex brokers or other segments involving a large number of providers and countries
• Regulatory frameworks for payments: KYC/AML, limits, and requirements across various jurisdictions
• Ability to work with key payment metrics, such as approval rates, conversion rates for first and repeat deposits, and withdrawal success rates
• Hands-on data work: SQL, metrics, cohorts, A/B tests
• Working with AI tools in daily tasks
• Russian Native, English B2+
