You will oversee payment strategy modernization to ISO 20022 and FedNow, align stakeholders including compliance and IT, and ensure QA before releases. This role requires close collaboration across business and tech teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and grooming agile backlogs.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience transitioning payment architectures to modern rails.
• Strong liaison between business, compliance and IT teams.
• Experience reviewing Agile deliverables for acceptance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using JIRA.
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Payment Strategy: Oversee the transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails (e.g., ISO 20022, FedNow).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams.
• Quality Assurance: Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met prior to release.
