The role requires strong agile experience, backlog ownership, and collaboration with architecture, engineering, and QA to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

The successful candidate will guide teams in complex environments, communicate vision and roadmap, and ensure clear acceptance criteria

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate business wants into prioritized requirements with the Agile team.
• Lead backlog management and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and QA to solve problems.
• Communicate requirements to stakeholders and translate into specs.
• Decompose epics into stories and manage dependencies and risks.
• Present working software to stakeholders during demos.
