• Backlog management: own, groom, and prioritize agile backlog.
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee payment strategy from legacy wires to modern rails (ISO 20022, FedNow).
• Stakeholder alignment between business, compliance, and IT delivery teams.
• Review and accept Agile deliverables ensuring acceptance criteria and compliance.

Responsibilities
