Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with backlog management and JIRA
• Ability to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with payment strategy transitions (legacy to modern rails)
• Stakeholder alignment and liaison between business, compliance, and IT delivery teams
• Quality assurance: review and accept Agile deliverables against acceptance criteria and compliance

Responsibilities

• Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using tools like JIRA.
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails (ISO 20022, FedNow).
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams.
• Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met prior to release.
