Zusammenfassung

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a Product Owner to drive the product vision and manage a prioritized backlog in a complex organization. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver value in a fast-paced, risk-aware environment.

You will translate business wants into detailed user stories, work with architecture, engineering, and QA, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
7–10 years of related experience.
Bridge business/IT with solid stakeholder collaboration.
Strong requirements development and analysis.
Independent work with multiple deliverables.
Teamwork, leadership in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Certified Product Owner (Scrum/SAFe) and JIRA experience desirable.

Aufgaben

Lead Agile team and prioritize backlog to deliver customer outcomes.
Translate business needs into features and stories with the Agile team.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and QA to solve the right problems.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specs.
Present working software to stakeholders during demos.
Develop product proposals and governance-focused messaging.
