• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, partner integrations, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for payments experiences and user journeys.
• Document and prioritize product features based on market and client needs.
• Reimagine workflows to reduce friction and improve satisfaction for associates and clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, risk and partners to drive innovation.
• Measure product success, report outcomes and drive priority setting.
• Support AI-enabled capabilities where applicable to improve service delivery.
• Communicate and defend ideas to stakeholders and align teams across functions.
