This role is Hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our Pasadena CA or San Dimas CA Office and not eligible for remote.
In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to bring our products tomarket.
The ideal candidate will bring deep product managementexperience in payments, workflow redesign, digital experience transformation, and ecosystem integrations.You will drive product strategy focused on improving associate and client experiences across payments-related workflows, while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, design, and external partners. This role centers on reimagining user journeys, reducing friction, and delivering seamless experiences across internal tools, client-facing capabilities, and partner integrations. Experience with AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation, is important, but it is one part of a broader product portfolio rather than the primary focus of the role.

To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple teams’efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve.You'veworked with Agile teams andunderstandproduct delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.
