Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Payments team in a hybrid role with onsite days in Pasadena or San Dimas, CA. You will work with a multidisciplinary group of product managers and engineers to bring payments-related features to market and improve workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of product management experience, deep payments experience, and a track record of shaping product strategy, AI-enabled capabilities, and ecosystem integrations across internal tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of product management experience in payments, workflow platforms, digital experience transformation, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, partner integrations, and workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities such as AI agents, automation, or intelligent support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap focused on payments experiences, workflow redesign, and user journey improvements across associate and client interactions.
• Document and prioritize product features; stay informed on industry trends to inform the roadmap.
• Reimagine and improve workflows to reduce friction and improve satisfaction for associates and clients.
• Collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX to drive innovation.
• Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities.
• Support AI-enabled initiatives involving agents, automation, and intelligent experiences.
