Accela is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments Strategy & Growth, to lead payments portfolio insights, market analysis, and AI-driven innovation. Remote-based in the US, you will partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to translate strategy into an actionable roadmap.

This role requires deep payments knowledge, market research experience, and strong ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Accela's payment solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management in enterprise software or SaaS.
• 5+ years of direct payments industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems, gateways, wallets, fraud management, PCI.
• Experience bringing products to market and driving customer adoption.
• Strong understanding of PCI requirements, regulations, risk management, and fraud prevention.
• Experience conducting market research, strategic planning, and business case development.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and SaaS architectures.
• Experience using AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to improve product strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute payments expertise, market analysis, and recommendations that support the Payments portfolio vision, positioning, and growth.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, adoption plans, pricing inputs, and revenue models.
• Lead go-to-market plans, messaging, launch planning, sales enablement, and competitive materials.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and Engineering to support pipeline, adoption, and opportunities.
• Assess build, buy, partner, and acquisition opportunities to support payments innovation and growth.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for fraud detection, insights, and portfolio decision-making.
• Collaborate with delivery product and Engineering to provide market context and validation for roadmaps.
• Track outcomes like adoption, revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
