Job summary

You will own defined product workstreams in your first year and help deliver next-generation platform workstreams through coordinated delivery and documentation efforts.

Qualifications

• In-depth product management experience in payments, fintech, or tech.
• Ability to write clear requirements, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Comfort using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support roadmap and daily operations of tokenization and credential-management products.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Assist client onboarding, escalations, and incident follow-through with engineering and relationships teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on release planning and testing readiness.
• Analyze product and client data to identify improvements and track outcomes.
• Maintain product documentation and FAQs.
• Support a delivery workstream for the next-generation platform.
• Communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
