Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive the evolution of a strategic platform that connects bankers and advisors with the right expertise across the firm.

You will support the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, translating customer and business needs into scalable product solutions. Collaborate across Product, Technology, Design, Data, Legal, Risk, and Controls to drive adoption, improve user experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience with the product development lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Ability to translate customer, business, and stakeholder needs into product requirements and delivery plans.
• Ability to drive work in complex and ambiguous environments while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Strong collaboration across Product, Technology, Strategy, Operations, Risk, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy to support decision-making.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile product management tools.
• Understanding of risk management, governance, and operational readiness in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership to identify opportunities via user research, stakeholder feedback, discovery activities, and product insights.
• Own defined product workstreams from discovery through release, collaborating to deliver prioritized outcomes.
• Support the transformation of Connect Me to the Right Expert into a reusable enterprise capability with scalable features and adoption strategies.
• Translate customer and business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, journey mapping, stakeholder feedback, and product analytics to inform roadmaps.
• Evaluate impacts of product enhancements across referrals, leads, insights, routing, and cross-line-of-business experiences.
• Collaborate with Technology to translate desired outcomes into executable scope and support development, testing, release, and implementation.
• Analyze product performance metrics including adoption, quality, time-to-delivery, cost, and business outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and decision points to ensure timely delivery.
• Incorporate risk, controls, governance, auditability, and operational readiness into discovery, planning, and delivery.
• Create and maintain clear product documentation and stakeholder communications using Jira and Confluence as the single source of truth.
