Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Product Associate to help manage a defined set of in-market tokenization and credential-management products within the Payments Value-Added Services Platform.

You will write clear requirements, collaborate with product managers and engineers, analyze client data, support onboarding and incident follow-through, and contribute to launching next-generation payment credentials while communicating risks and next steps to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in payments or fintech.
• Experience in writing clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to support the roadmap and daily operation of a defined set of in-market tokenization and credential-management products
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog
• Support client onboarding, escalations, and incident follow-through with engineering, operations, and relationship managers
• Collaborate with engineering on release planning, production readiness, and testing
• Analyze product and client data, such as authorization performance, adoption, and operational metrics, to identify improvements and track outcomes
• Maintain product documentation, including developer-facing documentation and FAQs
• Support a delivery workstream for the next-generation payment credential platform
• Communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
