Job summary

You will contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, supporting product strategy, defining requirements, and partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that matter to clients. You will prioritize work using customer feedback and data, help ensure secure, scalable releases, and write epics and user stories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management.
• Hands on experience working alongside development teams and within agile ceremonies.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Understanding of product testing cycles, requirements, and execution.
• Familiarity with existing deposits and money movement functionality.
• Exposure to API enabled and cloud native development frameworks.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify & define new product features and capabilities that reflect customer needs through user research.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and end-to-end systems analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
• Analyzes agility metrics across the product development life cycle.
• Facilitates end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for product changes.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver against the product roadmap and optimize customer experience.
• Navigate ambiguous environments with strategic thinking to drive clarity and direction.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support discovery and delivery of new features.
