Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and enroll vendors for electronic payments.
• Handle payments via phone or web portals.
• Update vendor records for virtual cards, ACH, or checks.
• Assist vendors to ensure timely payments within guidelines.
• Monitor outstanding payments and respond to inquiries by email within one business day.
• Support teammates to meet SLAs and workload demands.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and growth.
