REPAY, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking an entry-level Payments Specialist to join our Sandy, UT team. You will enroll vendors, process and research payments, and support day-to-day payment operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. You’ll collaborate with teammates in a culture that values growth, learning, and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• If not college graduate, 1–2 years in customer service, sales, or collections is required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to frequent process changes.

Responsibilities

• Successfully enroll vendors and process payments within required timeframes.
• Process electronic payments for clients via phone or web portals.
• Update vendor records with payment options (virtual card, ACH, or check).
• Monitor outstanding payments and respond to client inquiries within one business day.
• Assist team to meet service level agreements and improve processes.
• Support on-call OT during onboarding or growth periods.
