Everforth Apex is seeking a Payment Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise payment solutions across a multi-location environment. You will troubleshoot payment hardware and software, support integrations, and collaborate with processors, vendors, product teams, and operations to drive reliable transaction experiences.

Strong technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and documentation skills are essential, as is a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting payment hardware and software.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve payment hardware and software across a distributed environment.
• Assist with configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of payment devices and technologies.
• Investigate issues via log analysis, data review, and vendor collaboration.
• Collaborate with processors, vendors, product teams, and operations to improve performance.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and enhance technical documentation and knowledge base content.
• Support integrations with POS, web, and mobile payment apps.
• Participate in testing activities including application and integration testing.
• Monitor stability and manage escalations during pilots and production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging tech to improve support and processes.
