Job summary

Félix is seeking an experienced Identity Product Manager to lead the identity and account platform for its products. Responsibilities include driving the product strategy and managing identity flows, ensuring security, and collaborating with multi-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have around 8 years of Product Management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and expertise in identity and authentication.

Qualifications

• Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience with Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM.
• Experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products in identity or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for the identity data platform.
• Design identity and authentication flows for product teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to maintain data integrity.
