Job summary

Ande, a Series A startup building an AI-native platform for Enterprises and Hospitality, is hiring a Product Manager to own the payments solutions for suppliers. You will define roadmaps, ship across surfaces, and partner with engineering, finance, and operations to move money reliably and automate receivables.

This role places you at the intersection of product and business, delivering workflows that shorten payouts, improve reconciliation, and enable faster decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building payments, fintech, marketplace, or financial products.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Experience partnering across product, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the payments platform, focusing on supplier-facing workflows.
• Own payment experiences suppliers touch, from getting paid to understanding money.
• Own payment partner and banking integrations—the rails the platform runs on.
• Own internal tooling behind payment operations: payouts, reconciliation, and exceptions.
• Own new financial product initiatives: receivables, analytics, and next needs.
• Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for payments products.
• Own relationships with payment and banking partners with finance and operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features quickly.
• Work with Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales at the business edge.
• Translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.
• Drive prioritization using data, feedback, and business objectives.
