Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in building agentic workflows.
• Experience shipping agentic workflows and evaluating outcomes.
• Fluency with production agentic systems patterns: escalation, guardrails, human-in-the-loop.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience with our AI agents from first interaction to completed outcome.
• Define and measure agent quality with evaluation frameworks and metrics.
• Balance automation and human judgment in workflows to maximize impact.
• Drive the roadmap for agentic product experiences and improve the feedback loops.
