Job summary

Ande is a startup building an AI-native platform for Enterprises and Hospitality. We are seeking a Product Manager to own the agentic experiences that power our workflows, with focus on quality, evaluation, and the balance between automation and human judgment.

You will prototype ideas, analyze transcripts, and partner with engineering to ship improvements quickly. This role sits at the intersection of product, AI, and operations, with broad impact across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with production agentic systems, escalation/hand-off patterns, guardrails, and HIL.
• Proven ability to ship and measure AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to design from data: transcripts, patterns, and metrics.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experiences of AI agents from first interaction to outcome.
• Define agent quality frameworks and measurable success metrics.
• Balance automation with human judgment within workflows.
• Drive roadmap and prioritize agentic product initiatives.
• Lead prompt/context engineering, evals, and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship rapid improvements.
• Coordinate with operations and other PMs across the product group.
• Identify patterns and opportunities; validate them against data.
