Job summary

Precoro Inc. seeks an autonomous Product Manager to own the Payments product area end-to-end for our AI-powered procurement platform serving 1,000+ customers across 80+ countries.

You will drive discovery, roadmap, and post-launch iterations for payment provider integrations and transaction processing at scale. You will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales to expand markets and payment methods while ensuring security and compliance, tracking success metrics, and

• Define and track success metrics, using data to identify friction points and measure impact on adoption and revenue.
• Lead a cross-functional team, setting standards for clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and shipping with quality.

Role overview

A high-autonomy Product Manager role owning the Payments product area end-to-end for an AI-powered procurement centralization and automation platform serving more than 1,000 customers across over 80 countries. The position owns payment provider integrations and transaction processing at scale, coordinating across functions and external partners without micromanagement or layered approval chains.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payments product area through discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration
• Understand customer payment workflows across a global client base and translate them into a prioritized, ROI-driven roadmap
• Create and maintain integrations with payment providers, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across markets
• Coordinate across Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and external payment partners to keep the product ready for new markets and payment methods
• Define and track success metrics, using data to identify friction points and measure impact on adoption and revenue
• Lead a cross-functional team, setting standards for clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and shipping with quality

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or scaling payment integrations from scratch, including routing, PSP and acquirer integrations, virtual cards, ACH, or cross-border payments
• Three to five or more years as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping features end-to-end
• Strong ability to work with APIs and technical integrations, including partner limitations, versioning, error handling, and reconciliation
• Critical thinking and comfort navigating ambiguous, multi-layered problems
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills for aligning internal teams and external partners around a shared roadmap
• Experience using data to inform decisions, with comfort writing SQL queries or using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for KPI analysis

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or API-first product development
• Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the day-to-day product workflow
