Job summary

Ande is a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that connects Enterprises and Hospitality. We’re seeking a Product Manager to own agentic experiences, defining how agents behave, how quality is measured, and how the system earns trust to scale.

You’ll prototype ideas, derive answers from data, and ship faster than you’re used to. As PM, you’ll work with engineering to ship improvements, build visibility into quality, and partner with operations to align workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on work shipping agentic workflows.
• Fluency in production agentic system patterns: escalation, guardrails, human-in-the-loop, feedback loops, eval-driven development.
• You're at the edge of the field, testing new techniques before others.
• You see the agent, people, feedback loops, and failures as one system.
• An empirical mindset: you measure quality by transcripts and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience with AI agents from first interaction to completed outcome.
• Own agent quality as a product: evaluation frameworks, review loops, metrics for production agents.
• Define the division of labor between agents and humans to balance automation and judgment.
• Build the improvement engine with feedback loops to increase agent quality weekly at scale.
• Define and execute the roadmap for agentic product experiences.
• Engage in prompt/context engineering, evals, failure analysis to inform product decisions.
• Partner with engineering to ship improvements quickly and make quality observable.
• Collaborate with operations whose workflows intersect with the agents.
• Coordinate with PMs across the product group for cross-journey agent touchpoints.
• Track emerging patterns and research to decide what to try next.
