Job summary

Ande is building an AI-native platform to streamline corporate entertainment with a payments-focused product for suppliers. As a PM, you will own the roadmap, drive adoption, and enable fast, reliable money movement from day one.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to translate needs into scalable solutions and measure impact with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building payments, fintech, marketplace, or financial products.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for our payments platform, with a focus on supplier-facing workflows.
• Own the payment experiences our suppliers touch, from getting paid to understanding their money.
• Own payment partner and banking integrations, the rails everything else runs on.
• Own the internal tooling behind our payment operations, supporting the team that keeps payouts, reconciliation, and exceptions running smoothly.
• Own new financial product initiatives: receivables, analytics, and whatever we discover our customers need next.
• Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for our payments products.
• Own relationships with payment and banking partners alongside our finance and operations stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality features at startup speed.

About the Role

We're building the platform for corporate entertainment: the dinners, events, and client experiences where business actually happens. It's a massive market that still runs largely on manual processes, and we're bringing it onto software for the first time. Payments sits at the heart of that: it's how money moves through everything we do, and where the value we create becomes real. We're looking for a PM to own Ande's payments solutions for our suppliers: the platform that moves money through everything we do, and the payment and financial tools built on top of it. Your focus will be the workflows that serve our suppliers, getting paid reliably, managing receivables, and running smooth payment operations. This is the kind of product work where every improvement is felt immediately: money arrives faster, operations get lighter, and the businesses we serve notice. You'll own the roadmap, ship across multiple surfaces, and drive adoption, with real money movement from day one. AI isn't a feature we bolted on, it's the foundation of our product and how we run the company: we automate what can be automated so people spend their time on judgment, not busywork. As a PM here, you'll prototype ideas yourself, get answers from data without waiting on anyone, and ship faster than you're probably used to.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Bonus Points

• Experience with payment processing, merchant acquiring, payment facilitation, payouts, or receivables
• Experience building for small businesses or operators; you know what "simple" has to mean for a busy user
• Experience with marketplace payment flows
• Exposure to payment regulations or financial compliance requirements
