Job summary

PNC is seeking a Payments Technology Manager to lead the support, stability, modernization, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical payment platforms. This role will oversee domestic, international, instant, and digital asset payments across a globally distributed team.

You will drive automation, implement monitoring and observability, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring regulatory and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred skills include Agile, Release Management, and Vendor Payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise payment applications.
• Lead a Global 24x7 operation with distributed teams.
• Provide after-hours operational leadership and on-call support.
• Oversee application releases, change management, production implementations, and DR testing.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and proactive issue detection.
• Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
