Job summary

PNC is seeking a Corporate Banking Client Interface Application Manager to lead the support, stability, modernization, and continuous improvement of critical payment platforms, including PINACLE.

You will manage enterprise payments, establish 24x7 global operations, oversee releases and disaster recovery, develop automation, and ensure security and regulatory compliance while coordinating with business stakeholders and technology teams.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of industry experience, including management experience.
• Experience leading distributed, 24x7 operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and vendors; stakeholder alignment.
• Proficient in designing and operating payment platforms and enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of regulatory, security, and audit requirements in banking IT.
