You will oversee releases, on-call leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of industry experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise payment platforms and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Corporate Banking PINACLE application team.
• Oversee 24x7 global operation and on-call rotations.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and reliability initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and risk management across platforms.
