Job summary

PNC is seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead within the Treasury Management organization. Based in multiple cities, you will own end-to-end product lifecycle for digital payment solutions tailored to commercial clients, driving innovation across ACH, wire, RTP, and ERP workflows.

Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver secure, scalable payment experiences for an international client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management, especially in payments/fintech.
• Understanding of payment networks (ACH, wire, RTP) and treasury workflows.
• Experience scaling payment experiences for international clients.
• Experience working with agile teams using Jira and Figma.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and bias for action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experiences.
• Monitor marketplace trends to propose new experiences or enhancements.
• Design features for digital experiences addressing market needs.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing and others to meet goals.
• Support risk, compliance, and audit needs as first line of defense.
