Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Payments Operations Analyst to support daily payment processing, including wire verification and ACH transactions, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of banking operations or payment processing experience.
• Experience with wire, ACH, Fedwire preferred or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a hybrid/onsite schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming wire requests and verify payment details.
• Support domestic wires, ACH, Fedwire and related payment workflows.
• Review payment exceptions, investigate rejection reasons, and escalate discrepancies.
• Assist with daily reconciliations and end-of-day balancing.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate records and controls.
