Responsibilities

• Process incoming wire requests by verifying payment details and entering transactions.
• Support domestic wires, Fedwire, ACH, and related payment workflows.
• Review payment exceptions, investigate rejection reasons, and escalate issues.
• Assist with wire approvals and other time-sensitive requests to maintain daily processing volumes.
• Perform system testing, document results, and validate operational workflows.
• Assist with daily reconciliations and end-of-day balancing.
