Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to lead daily payment operations, ACH and wire activity, and settlement processes in a hybrid role in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, accuracy, and strong controls while managing a cross-functional team.

Successful candidate will have extensive banking operations experience, leadership capability, and familiarity with NACHA, OFAC, BSA/AML, and related payment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisor banking experience.
• AAP or APRP certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level software systems.
• Experience in Traditional and Embedded Banking (BaaS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily payment operations and ensure deadlines, service levels, and controls are met.
• Oversee ACH, wires, check processing, and real-time payment rails.
• Coach and develop a cross-trained team and manage staffing for peak periods.
• Maintain robust internal controls and partner with Risk, Compliance and IT.
