Qualifications

• > Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• > Experience in banking, credit unions, accounting, operations, or administrative support is helpful.
• > Familiarity with Excel, databases, or financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• > Process ACH transactions, exceptions, returns, and periodic payments.
• > Handle incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
• > Support debit card and ATM transaction processing.
• > Research and resolve account-related issues.
• > Assist branches and call center teams with operational questions.
• > Support deceased account processing and IRA transactions.
• > Process daily check files and exceptions.
• > Assist with ATM cash ordering and balancing.
• > Help manage negative account activity and recovery efforts.
• > Track and maintain operational records electronically.
• > Use Excel and other systems to analyze and organize data.
• > Partner with teammates across departments.
• > Step in as backup support when needed.
• > Help improve operational efficiency and service standards.
