• Lead multiple agile product teams delivering enterprise payment capabilities and modernization initiatives.
• Drive multi-year roadmaps, feature prioritization, and portfolio management for payments platforms.
• Lead transformation efforts in cloud enablement, API adoption, and platform resilience.
• Establish KPIs and outcomes for capability health, customer satisfaction, and risk management.
• Coach and develop Product Owners and foster a culture of delivery excellence.
