Job summary

Legence Bank is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily financial institution operations, including deposits, ACH transactions, wire transfers, disputes, account maintenance, and regulatory reporting. The role requires coordinating audits and ensuring policy adherence while partnering with branches, Fraud, Compliance, and Finance leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking operations, supervisory responsibilities, and a strong grasp of core banking systems and payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking operations experience.
• Experience with ACH, deposits, wires, debit card disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and payment processing activities.
• Oversee core banking workflows and document imaging/record retention.
• Ensure timely completion of requests and service tickets.
• Coordinate reports and management communications.
• Lead operational risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.
