Job summary

Maps Credit Union is seeking an experienced ACH operations professional to ensure accurate, secure electronic payments for over 87,000 members. You will support ACH processing, dispute resolution, and card provisioning while driving initiatives like FedNow and RTP.

The role requires hands-on ACH experience and knowledge of NACHA rules; AAP certification is preferred and certification costs are covered by Maps. Hybrid work is available, with a strong emphasis on compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Accurate keyboarding, good computer skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain member ACH transactions accurately and timely; prepare data-driven reports.
• Post transactions to member ledgers and general ledger accounts; keep records up to date.
• Follow compliance requirements (NACHA, BSA, OFAC, AML, Reg E/Z, CARD Act) and complete required trainings.
