Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Services or related field.

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Experience coordinating payment operations workflow across multiple rails.
• Advanced communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day payment processing activities, ensuring service levels and controls.
• Oversee daily workflows, manage escalations, and support specialists, analysts, and coordinators.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and risk-aware decision making.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, fraud and risk controls and support audits/tests.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Treasury Management to resolve issues.
