You will act as a strategic partner, translating needs into project charters and plans, while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, process improvement, and change management to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Technology Delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with data analysis and research.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess impacts, and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis for business and technology initiatives; translate needs into BRD/Process Flows/Plans.
• Document, evaluate and enhance business processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Design and manage complex reports; monitor KPIs and analyze transaction data for insights.
