You will coach specialists, manage escalations, and partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Treasury to drive operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in Financial Services or Payment Operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Financial Services, Payment Operations, Banking Operations or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, regulatory obligations and risk controls.
• Experience leading payment operations workflow across multiple rails and enforcing approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assign, and monitor daily work across payment processing activities to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Balance workloads, manage coverage, and act as escalation point for complex payment issues.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members; document errors and support quality reviews.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, fraud, and risk controls; assist audits and procedure development.
• Support management on performance feedback, development needs, and process improvements.
